Guided by Experts in Learning and Development

Coach Aandi is being shaped with input from specialists across learning support, occupational therapy, literacy, music, regulation and neurodiverse education.

We believe children learn best when support is personalised, not just to their year level or curriculum outcome, but to how they think, process, regulate, communicate and engage.

That is why Coach Aandi is being developed with expert guidance behind the scenes. Each specialist brings a different lens to how children learn: from dyslexia and visual literacy, to sensory regulation, movement, music, executive function, emotional readiness and learning confidence.

Their expertise helps us build a system that can better understand the child in front of it and adapt the learning pathway accordingly.

Why this matters

Many children do not struggle because they are unwilling to learn. They struggle because
the pathway into learning has not been designed for the way their brain and body work.

Coach Aandi brings together expert thinking from different fields so that support
can become more responsive, practical and personalised.

One child may need a visual pathway, another may need movement, rhythm or music, another may need regulation support before they are ready to engage and another may need information broken down differently, repeated differently or connected to their strengths.

Our goal is to make this expertise more accessible, so families, educators and professionals can support children in ways that feel more aligned, more human and more effective.

We are continuing to grow our expert network

Coach Aandi is still evolving and we are actively looking to connect with more specialists whose work could help shape the way children are supported.

We are particularly interested in hearing from experts in:

ADHD and executive function

Autism and communication differences

Emotional regulation and anxiety

Vision, visual processing and developmental optometry

communicate or engage in a way that honours how
they are wired, we would love to hear from you.
