Coach Aandi is an AI-powered learning platform designed to support neurodivergent children through personalised, adaptive lessons. Coach Aandi is operated by Meet Aandi, an Australian company.

Coach Aandi is a supplementary educational tool. It is not a substitute for professional education, therapy, or medical advice. If your child requires specialist support, please consult a qualified professional.

2. Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account.
  • Accounts must be created by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. Child Safety

The safety of children using Coach Aandi is our highest priority. We have implemented the following safeguards:

  • All AI-generated content passes through safety checks before being presented to children.
  • Child input is monitored for concerning content, and parents are notified if safety flags are raised.
  • Children do not interact directly with open-ended AI chat. Lessons are structured and guided.
  • Parents can flag any content they believe is inappropriate or incorrect.

4. Data We Collect and Use

To provide our service, we collect:

5. AI-Generated Content

Lessons delivered by Coach Aandi are generated by artificial intelligence and reviewed for safety. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Parents are encouraged to review lesson content and report any issues using the built-in flagging system.

We do not guarantee that all AI-generated content will be free from errors, and we continuously improve our content generation and review processes.

6. Intellectual Property

The Coach Aandi name, branding, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of Meet Aandi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any purpose other than educational support for your child.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the platform.
  • Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Coach Aandi is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Meet Aandi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may close your account by contacting us at the email address below. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms
